This policy explains what Field Manual HQ collects, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Contact details - your name and email, when you request our free guide or begin the questionnaire.
• Business information - questionnaire answers about your business, used solely to produce your Field Manual.
• Payment information - processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

• To produce and deliver your Field Manual and provide rewrites and subscription updates.
• To send service emails about your order.
• To send a limited number of helpful follow-up emails (for example, if you start but don't finish the questionnaire, or request the free guide). Every such email contains a one-click unsubscribe that we honor permanently.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

Who processes it for us

Trusted service providers power the machine: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI drafting of your manual from your questionnaire answers), and GitHub Pages (website hosting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention & your rights

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing fieldmanualhq@gmail.com - we honor requests regardless of where you live, including rights under GDPR (UK/EU), CCPA (California), and similar laws. Unsubscribing from emails takes one click and is permanent.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your Field Manual HQ preferences (like the owner dashboard's saved settings) are stored only in your own browser.
